1. Use of Website

This Website is provided for general informational and business purposes relating to DNA testing services and related inquiries.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party. You may not use this Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the Website or our services.

The content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific medical, legal, or personal circumstances.

3. Service Information

Information on this Website regarding services, pricing, availability, turnaround times, collection methods, testing procedures, appointment availability, or other service-related details is provided for general informational purposes only and may be changed or updated at any time without notice.

Any service listed on the Website is subject to confirmation, eligibility, scheduling availability, documentation requirements, laboratory requirements, and payment terms.

Submitting a form, contacting us, or requesting an appointment does not guarantee service availability or acceptance of your request.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to confirmation by NYC DNA TESTING OF THE BRONX LLC. We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, decline, or cancel appointments where necessary, including when:

  • a requested time is unavailable,
  • required participant information is incomplete,
  • payment is not received,
  • identification or consent requirements are not met,
  • a collector or collection site is unavailable,
  • a laboratory requirement cannot be satisfied, or
  • circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to require reasonable identity verification, consent forms, authorization forms, and any other documentation necessary to provide services.

5. Deposits, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Certain services may require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show fees are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking an appointment or requesting services, you agree to that policy.

6. Payments

All prices, fees, deposits, and service charges are subject to change without notice unless confirmed by us. Full payment may be required before sample collection, at the time of collection, or before release of results, depending on the service.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not successfully processed, we may delay, cancel, or refuse services until the issue is resolved.

7. Testing Procedures and Documentation

All DNA testing services arranged through NYC DNA TESTING OF THE BRONX LLC are subject to our required collection, identification, consent, documentation, and specimen-handling procedures.

Depending on the service and applicable requirements, participants may be required to provide:

  • government-issued identification,
  • signed consent or authorization forms,
  • specimen collection through approved procedures,
  • chain-of-custody or similar documentation,
  • additional participant or case information, and
  • any other documentation required by the laboratory or applicable authorities.

We reserve the right to require compliance with all identification, documentation, and collection procedures before a test is performed or results are released.

We do not guarantee that any DNA test result will be accepted by any court, embassy, government agency, immigration authority, employer, or third party, as acceptance may depend on that third party’s own rules, procedures, and standards.

8. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when contacting us, requesting services, scheduling appointments, or submitting documentation.

You understand that incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information may result in delays, additional fees, cancellation, rescheduling, denial of service, invalid testing procedures, or inability to release results.

If a requested service involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize the service and provide documentation showing authority to consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or delay services involving minors if appropriate authorization or documentation is not provided.

10. Website Forms and Communications
